Clients with a requirement for mechanical design Capacity, Skills, Tools or Process Optimisation will engage DTCo.’s mechanical designers for support. We have a team of full time, permanent mechanical designers in Melbourne and have partner businesses interstate. Our designers are highly practical, typically from a trade background, and proficient in 3D modelling, drafting and modern design workflows.

1.  Job Vacancy for Administrative Assistant

REPORTS TO: HR Manager

JOB PURPOSE: To provide administrative services to the institute.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • First Degree in Business Administration, 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Working knowledge of office equipment

2.  Job Vacancy for Accounts Officer

REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer

JOB PURPOSE

  • To ensure timely receipt of all payments due the institute as well as perform diversified accounts payable functions in line with Financial and other organizational policies

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance or a part professional qualification in ACCA/ ICA /CIMA/CPA
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Have an analytical mind and be comfortable with numbers
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy (familiarity with Excel, and other Accounting Software/ applications)

3.  Job Vacancy for Procurement Assistant

Reports To: Procurement Manager

Job Purpose

  • To assist the Procurement Manager and ensure procurement policies and procedures are adhered to.

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal Candidate must possess:

  • A minimum of an HND in Management Studies/Purchasing and Supply or related field
  • Two (2) years relevant experience post National Service.

4.  Job Vacancy For HR Manager

REPORTS TO: Director of Institute

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To provide coordination and leadership for the Administration, and Human Resources Management functions of the Institute.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • First Degree in Business Administration with HR, a Masters would be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of Eight (8) years’ experience in a similar role with at least three years (3) in a management role.

5.  Job Vacancy For Library Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Academics and Education

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Librarian

REPORTS INDIRECTLY TO: Academic and Educational Head, Head of Institute

JOB PURPOSE: To support Librarian by assisting them

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Bachelor of Arts/Education in Information Studies/Librarianship with two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Must have completed National Service
  • Skills in IT will be an added advantage
