KPMG is seeking to recruit talented high flyers to assume the following role:
1. Human Resource/Administration Director
KPMG on behalf of a client, an industrial manufacturing company is seeking to recruit talented high flyers and accomplished Professionals/Executives to assume the following role: Human Resource/Administration Director
Job Summary:
- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the role holder will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of HR Strategies, Systems, Policies/Procedures as well as providing guidance, and support in the administration of HR functions in a manner that creates harmonious/good working environment to attract, develop, motivate and retain the right caliber of talents to perform optimally towards the attainment of the Company’s business objectives.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of a Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related discipline plus MBA or master’s degree in related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant working experience with at least three (3)-four (4) years in a senior managerial role, ideally in an HR Generalist role functioning in a unionized working environment preferably in a manufacturing firm.
2. Company Secretary/Head Legal
KPMG on behalf of a client, an industrial manufacturing company is seeking to recruit talented high flyers and accomplished Professionals/Executives to assume the following role: Company Secretary/Head Legal
Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in law and licensed to practice in Ghana.
Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant working experience with at least five (5) years in a senior role in the corporate law arena.
- Also, Previous experience as a Company Secretary will be an added advantage.
3. Logistics Director
KPMG on behalf of a client, an industrial manufacturing company is seeking to recruit talented high flyers and accomplished Professionals/Executives to assume the following role: Logistics Director
Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and MBA or master’s degree in a related field plus a professional qualification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) or a related professional discipline from an accredited body.
Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years relevant working experience in supply chain management and related activities with at least three (3) to four (4) years in a senior managerial role from a heavy manufacturing industry or equivalent industrial organization.
