Job Vacancy for Internal Audit and Compliance Manager
A leading company in the Food and Beverage industry is looking for an enterprising, innovative, analytical, management team player, with leadership qualities to drive its corporate vision.
Qualification Required & Experience
- First & Post Graduate degree / professional qualification in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
- At least 8 years post qualification work experience in a reputable audit firm.
- International working experience is an added advantage
- Must have a strong analytical, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
- Be energetic, proactive, dedicated, performance-driven and capable of working under pressure
- Must have a proven problem-solving ability
- Must be FULLY COMPUTER-LITERATE
- Must be a between 40-45 YEARS
- Must have a valid driver’s license
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Demonstrate a full understanding of good corporate governance.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of accounting software.
- Must possess strong knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), monitoring, internal management controls and evaluation.
- Ability to develop and implement policies that aligns with corporate strategy.
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate activities of regulators and stakeholders as well as departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and logistics.
REMUNERATION: Attractive but negotiable
